introduction


we seek a business development representative to engage potential clients in the north American region, nurturing sales prospects and fostering client relationships to drive business expansion.

the primary focus will be on clientele, necessitating availability during U.S. work hours. this position offers a hybrid work model, predominantly remote.


responsibilities:

- generating leads.
- develop pipeline with enterprise customers in north America.
- present product and its value proposition to CXO levels in enterprise b2b segment and represent SageX to potential clients.
- cultivate, grow and enable partners to successfully close business.
- identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- stay up to date with new products/services, features and policies.
- report on a weekly and monthly basis progress and inspect outcomes to deliver results.
- meet and exceed annual targets.


requirements and skills:

- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- neutral accent for international / global customers is a requirement.
- think fast, act with speed.
- ability to do cold calling as required.
- b2b full cycle bd experience in a revenue closing role.
- ability to deliver engaging value-oriented presentations.
- proven work experience in a similar role
- hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- track record of achieving sales quotas
- familiarity with MS excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- understanding of sales performance metrics
