Full Job Description
- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Proactively identifying crossselling/upselling opportunities with existing customers.
- Converting leads into Admissions.
- Need to do cold callings and fix virtual sessions.
- Maintain strong follow up.
- Proven experience as a CRM Executive/Sr. Executive, BDM, Customer Success or Collection Specialist role of Technology
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Working knowledge ofTechnology
- Patience and ability to manage stress
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Skilled in negotiation
- Problemsolving skills
- Bachelors degree
