Full Job Description

  • Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
  • Proactively identifying crossselling/upselling opportunities with existing customers.
  • Converting leads into Admissions.
  • Need to do cold callings and fix virtual sessions.
  • Maintain strong follow up.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Executive/Sr. Executive, BDM, Customer Success or Collection Specialist role of Technology
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
  • Working knowledge ofTechnology
  • Patience and ability to manage stress
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Skilled in negotiation
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Bachelors degree

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
₹8, ₹35,253.16 per month
