We are looking people for the role of Customer Service Executive for Noida location.

- Agent should be able to handle difficult customer effectively.
- Agent can work under pressure.
- Agent should have excellent oral and written communication skill.
- Agent should be very professional in call handling.
- Comfortable for 24/7 rotational shifts.
Experience
- Agent should have 6month to 1 year experience in international call center.
- We prefer one who has worked on the New Zealand/ Australia process.
