We are looking people for the role of Customer Service Executive for Noida location.

PFB the JD for the same:

  • Agent should be able to handle difficult customer effectively.
  • Agent can work under pressure.
  • Agent should have excellent oral and written communication skill.
  • Agent should be very professional in call handling.
  • Comfortable for 24/7 rotational shifts.

Experience

  • Agent should have 6month to 1 year experience in international call center.
  • We prefer one who has worked on the New Zealand/ Australia process.
