Factory Assistant (Tea Garden)

The Job description for the profile should be as below.
- Will be responsible for manufacturing of high quantity tea, taking care of machines and plant maintenance, certification compliance.
- Will be responsible to see that quality green leaf is accepted when supplied by the small tea growers. To keep a strict control on leaf quality.
- Managing the workforce, factory administration maintains strict discipline in the factory.
- Should be able to communicate and keep coordination with the government departments.
Pay:
₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year

- Day shift
