Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales executives
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Convert leads into customers through effective negotiation and closing techniques
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
