Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets on daily / monthly basis
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Close sales and achieve targets
- Keep update and understand about our new products and services
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Customer support executive or Customer service role or Telecaller
- CRM
- Lead management
- Cold calling customers and clients
- Effectively communicate the product solution to the customers.
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate & timely sales lead generation activity reports to management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi language
- Must have convince Skills
Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
