Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets on daily / monthly basis
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Close sales and achieve targets
  • Keep update and understand about our new products and services

Key Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Customer support executive or Customer service role or Telecaller


  • CRM

  • Lead management
  • Cold calling customers and clients
  • Effectively communicate the product solution to the customers.
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate & timely sales lead generation activity reports to management.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi language
  • Must have convince Skills

Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
