SALES ENGINEER / BUSINESS DEV. EXECUTIVE - SOLAR

Job description:

Responsible for Technical Selling of Solar Business solutions to customers with daily visits to clients in assigned area, report daily on prospects, meetings, orders.

Report to Sales Manager.

Generate the leads from cold calling, networking contacts, architects /builders / contractors and also marketing teams.

Achieve targets assigned by the Team Manager.

Our prospective customers are owners of Large sized Homes, Commercial businesses / factories / Commercial Institutions for roof top solar installation, Electrical consultants and Building designers, Architects & Construction contractors.

Subsequent visits will be required for client clarification, payment follow up and closure.

Visit site alongwith Engg Team to assess:

Heights of objects in roof:( mumty, lift room, tanks etc) on rooftop by actual measurement
Assess height of building, shades of nearby buildings, trees etc
Electricity bill copy
Location of earth pits
Assess length of earth wires required
Type of roof finish and condition
Relevant site photographs
Availability of water on roof for panel cleaning
Any specific preference of client ( like low height structure, or elevated structure etc)

Experience in same or similar field in Kerala market : 0 to 3 years

Outgoing and extrovert personality with a positive attitude for Sales

Basic literacy in MS Office excel/ Word / PPT.

Excellent written and oral communication in English, and local language.
Presentable and excellent soft skills for face to face communication.

Socially active and have similar hobbies

Should have own transport for frequent local travels

Salary: 2.40 Lakhs to 4 Lakhs per annum CTC based on experience
plus sales incentives.
