Description
Primary responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Accountable for all administrative activities of the Center including supervising housekeeping work.
- Manage phone calls and maintain database.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues and provide administrative support for operations team and coordinate project deliverables.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately from internal & external customers.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
Requirements and skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise projects
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Qualification:
Any graduate UG degree. (Final year students awaiting results can also apply)
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
