Description

Primary responsibilities:


  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Accountable for all administrative activities of the Center including supervising housekeeping work.
  • Manage phone calls and maintain database.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues and provide administrative support for operations team and coordinate project deliverables.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately from internal & external customers.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.

Requirements and skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise projects
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Qualification:
Any graduate UG degree. (Final year students awaiting results can also apply)


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift
