Education Level:
Minimum 12th Pass Regular Course Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, B-Tech Engineering, Diploma in Tool Design

Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years in Mfg. Company, Automotive or SPM industry will be preferred.

Job Description & Responsibilities

Individual Handle complete Project of
SPM (
Special Purpose Machine)
Conceptual design of machine according to customer requirement.

Design of Jigs and fixture:

Selection of Pneumatic items required in Special Purpose Machine

-
3D modeling ppt presentation and take approval from customer.

Making BOM, selection of material and selection of manufacturing process for component
Releasing of
2D drawing for manufacturing and follow up for any up gradation.
Machine operating manual preparation

Requirements and skills

Solid Works
Auto CAD
Good Communication
Knowledge of GD & T
2D & 3D modeling

IT Skill- Proficient in MS-Word, MS-Excel (Pivot Table, Vlook up), MS- PowerPoint, Internet etc
