About the Role:

We are seeking a C-Level Recruiter to join our team and help us scale our business. As our C-Level Recruiter, you will identify and recruit top-level executives to join our referral and advisory boards.

You will build and manage relationships with C-level executives in our target industries and work with our business development and marketing teams to drive growth and build our brand.

You will also help manage partnership channels and build a solid C-level community.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a recruiting strategy for Clevel executives
  • Identify and recruit toplevel executives to join our referral and advisory boards
  • Build and manage relationships with Clevel executives in our target industries
  • Partner with business development and marketing teams to drive growth and build our brand
  • Manage partnership channels and develop a solid Clevel community
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes collaboration and community building
  • Embody and uphold our company values and inspire others to do the same

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in Clevel recruiting and business development in a startup ecosystem
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with Clevel executives
  • Experience in partnership channel management and community building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • Passion for innovation, collaboration, and community building

Pay:
