Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our products/services to meet those requirements.

Your role will involve a combination of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and nurturing relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify leads through effective communication and needs analysis.
Collaborate with the sales team to set up appointments and demos for further engagement.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Work closely with marketing to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries to build lasting client relationships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Resultsoriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
