ROLE DESCRIPTION:


The Office and Accounts Associate Associate at Curiosum Tech is responsible for managing the company office, including deliveries, inventory and maintenance, for managing online store accounts and for updating daily company accounts.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Office is located in Sion East applicant must reside within 5 kms of the office.
  • Minimum completion of Grade 1
  • Fluency in English language (required).
  • A background in computer technology.
  • Intermediate Level in Microsoft Office & Google Suite (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks (preferred).
  • Must be able to work from an office location.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to network online and offline.
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Ability to work on weekends / oddtimes (based on calendar appointments)
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to resolve conflicts; ability to find feasible solutions
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work in crossfunctional teams

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This role directly reports to the Director (CEO) and must be able to support other functions in the company.


Office Management

  • Schedule meetings and appointments within the office.
  • Organise the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Organise office operations and procedures.
  • Inform direct supervisor of any concerns or new building policies.

Retail Management:


  • Manage storage and maintenance of inventory in the office.
  • Manage purchase and procurement of Store items.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Conduct quality checks of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Update online Store accordingly based on available inventory.

Accounts Management:


  • Conducts regular updates of the company's accounting operations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Manages payments and reimbursements on behalf of the company.
  • Directly interface with company CA on tax reports and other information.

From ₹17,000.00 per month
