• Conducting thorough the study of Doctors (Speakers). Analyzing and identifying best doctors by profile study
• Preparing detailed report and CV of the Doctor (Speaker) and presenting it to the manager.
• Assisting and coordinating with the digital marketer, for preparing contents for course flyers, course banners, etc
• Assisting digital marketers to generate leads through social media (Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram and Linkedin)
• Preparing invoices and seat confirmation details
• Performing daily follow up on all pending registrations
• Identifying the speakers and delegates needs and providing them assistance with flight booking/hotel bookings
• During the event, welcome all the attendees, speakers and handle the registration list including cash/card payment.
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Experience within Sales and Marketing is a plus
• Good level of Microsoft skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong communicator (written and verbal)
• Be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends around the events if needed
• Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills with a great eye and attention to detail
• A great multitasker who is able to adapt and react to timesensitive issues quickly in a fastpaced environment
• Must have a pleasing personality and a good tone of voice.
