Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and create instructionallysound storyboards based on client requests.
- Develop visually and instructionally sound storyboards for various types of content and modes of delivery.
- Demonstrate grasp of ID and client standards to ensure course quality.
- Have a sound knowledge of Instructional Design theories and models.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Efficient usage of slides, texts, images along with animation during the complete elearning project
Functional and Additional Qualification Requirements:
- Handson knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (iSpring & Articulate)
- Strong analytical skills and technical ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Working with MS Office.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to perform in a team environment, collaborate with others, handle multiple projects, be flexible with change, and meet deadlines.
