We are looking for people with Basic Networking Knowledge and Excellent Communication Skills For a Technical Support Profile in an
ITES Company based out of Gurgaon
-**:
- Provide L1 Level Customer Support
- Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.
Eligibility:
- Grad/UG Freshers Eligible
- Good Networking Knowledge
- Excellent Communication Skills
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate
Good Knowledge of networking
Compensation: 3,80,000 pa (27,000 in hand per month)
Shift:247
Work Days:5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
