Key Responsibilities:

Research and Mapping:


  • Conduct indepth research to identify potential talent within fastgrowing startup ecosystems.

Recruitment Support:


  • Assist recruitment professionals in the endtoend recruitment process to ensure positions are closed efficiently.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably within a startup environment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
