Should know some as aspects Tally but Microsoft Excel thoroughly.

  • Should be able to take Target Based Work. Business generation is of primary
importance.

  • Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about
products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints.

  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries,
complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and

  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments
for further investigation. - Coordination with Vehicles & Internal teams for movement

and loading.

  • Should know How to manage Eway Bill, their expiry and their due dates.
