  • Understand the current market cum customer base and ensure consistent growth of existing business and focus on new business opportunities within the assigned territory and grow the region month on month. Someone who can add new business segments to Unipro.
  • Good Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information to track his own performance and seek guidance on improvement areas.
  • Effective usage of our CRM and ensure that 100% of the Customer Life cycle is captured. You should enter every discussion and help to pass a live baton.
  • Process Oriented and also who can contribute for continuous improvement of the same.
  • You should value Partner business and its importance, drive business by Personalized Coaching and jointly working with them to create a profitable business model for both.
  • On-Line Lead Generation and Management through Cold calling, Social media research through LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., on a monthly, weekly & daily basis. You do not feel satisfied without interacting to at least 20 unique leads/Prospects/partners a day.
  • Qualifying leads to prospects with a minimum of 3 prospects a week and identifying suspects faster.
  • On-Line Demo to the customers regularly. Sometimes also meeting them and understanding requirements to make it a customer centric presentation.
  • Proposal preparation based on the demo and Customercentric requirements. No cut, copy, paste job.
  • Strong Negotiation skills and closure of the Business Deal profitably.
  • Coordinating with Product Delivery team for software implementation and ensure smooth product delivery with customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with Development team and sometimes demand for Market driven Product development to ensure customer base is steady and growing.
  • Customer relationship management with cross sell, upsell, reference business and feedback analysis skills.
  • You must keep track of competitors and changes in the market time to time and share feedback with marketing team.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
