The Service Advisor in the Automobile Section serves as a primary point of contact for customers requiring maintenance, repairs, or other services for their vehicles.

This role involves assessing customer needs, scheduling appointments, coordinating service tasks, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in automotive service (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and maintenance procedures.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
