_Hiring for one of the biggest and established medical devices global MNC dealing in more than 10 therapeutic areas_

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of 6 to 12 years of successful sales experience in the surgical industry (Medical devices only)
Strong knowledge of surgical products, medical devices, and healthcare technology.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish longterm customer relationships.
Effective leadership abilities to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving targets.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data to drive sales strategies.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and resultsdriven with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, competitive environment.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region as required.
