We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tele Caller to join our team and assist in ensuring accurate order processing and address verification.


Role and Responsibilities:

As a Tele Caller - Order Confirmation and Address Verification, you will play a crucial role in the customer journey by ensuring that orders are accurately confirmed and the provided addresses are verified for delivery


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to customers who have placed orders through our website.
  • Confirming order details, quantities, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
  • Verifying the shipping/billing address provided by the customer to prevent delivery errors.
  • Resolving any orderrelated queries or concerns customers might have.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues professionally.
  • Recording and updating customer information accurately in the database.
  • Collaborating with the sales and logistics teams to streamline the order fulfillment process.

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to crossverify information accurately.
  • Patience and persistence when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or Telecalling role is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
