Dispatch Executive with below job responsibilities.


Location:
Thane

Total Experience: 2-4 yrs.

Responsibilities as Dispatch Executive:


  • Answer phone calls and record relevant information.
  • Address any problems and requests via phone call by providing the appropriate information to our callers.
  • Coordinate with multiple personnel and equipment like radio, computer, and phone to send crew, vehicles and other units to the required location.
  • Ensure the route map for the field units are clear, coordinated and schedule them accordingly.
  • Provide detailed information on traffic, obstacles and requirements.
  • Dispatch and receive delivery orders or products.
  • Track emergency vehicles to ensure a timely response.
  • Effectively communicate with the caller and dispatch team.
