- Qualifications : Chemical Engineering degree from a reputed institute. Postgraduate qualification in management desirable but not mandatory.
- Domestic & overseas sales account responsibility for catalysts (adsorbents), coating chemicals and organic chemicals.
- Sales
- Responsible for meeting annual revenue targets, market penetration KRAs and planned business growth in key customer segments.
- Maintaining smooth relationships at operational/senior levels at key customers and build client loyalty.
- Oversee initial troubleshooting by the sales team of complaints reported by customers and provide critical inputs and feedback to concerned departments on realtime basis.
- Build and maintain efficient market mapping and proactive market intelligence system/network to provide the company a definite competitive edge
- Manage the sales team and daytoday departmental functioning.
