Description
This is what you'll do:
- Install, configure, and maintain Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform in a multiCAD environment.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement PLM best practices and processes.
- Manage and configure 3DEXPERIENCE roles, users, groups, and security settings.
- Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations to ensure the 3DEXPERIENCE platform is uptodate and secure.
- Provide enduser support, training, and troubleshooting for 3DEXPERIENCErelated issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, system administration manuals, and best practice guidelines.
- Monitor system performance, perform regular system audits, and implement performance improvements.
- Collaborate with Dassault Systèmes support and other vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay current with new technologies and industry trends in PLM and 3DEXPERIENCE.
This is what you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 68 years of experience in PLM administration, specifically with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Strong understanding of PLM concepts, processes, and best practices.
- Indepth knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE architecture, components, and configuration.
- Experience with multiCAD data management and integration with 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Proficient in scripting languages, such as Java, Python, or VBScript.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Strong problemsolving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
