We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our team.

The primary responsibility of the B2B Sales Executive will be to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with business-to-business (B2B) customers.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new leads to grow the company's customer base
Research and identify potential clients within the target market
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
Manage and update customer database and sales pipeline regularly
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 23 years' experience in B2B sales
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Willingness to travel as needed
