Description
(1) Monitoring of infra including server health check-up, network link monitoring & preparing

reports for usage, performance, and/or availability port/service uptime.

(2) Port/ service monitoring of server.

(3) Installation, configuration & troubleshooting O/S like Linux, VMware knowledge

(5) Should have cloud experience.

(6) User management, Access management

(7) OS & DB patch management, for regular security pts closure (hardening)

(8) Basic understanding of Backup, Restore, DR Drill - activities.

(10) Application bug fixing & deployment & troubleshooting.

(11) To work in a 24x7 environment (Shift Ops) and including a weekend schedule.

(12) Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly issue status.

(13) Basic network troubleshooting knowledge.

(14) Ticketing tool knowledge & Usage on regular work process (incident report, resolution, RCA etc.)

(15) Monitoring tool knowledge & usage on regular work process

(16) Document - all solutions for knowledge base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team.

Preferred Skills

  • Linux (RHEL, CentOS) & Any Cloud
Competencies - Basic networking knowledge


Qualification & Education details:
Graduate - Preferably in computer science/ IT / MCA/ and/ or professional certification (NIIT, CDAC or

equivalent)


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
