As we expand our content team, we are seeking a passionate Content Writer with a keen interest in Wedding, Bollywood and celebrity entertainment, coupled with knowledge of ecommerce, to contribute compelling articles that captivate our readers.


As a Content Writer specializing in Bollywood, Wedding, Engagement, Celebrity Entertainment, and Ecommerce at KALKI, you will be responsible for creating high quality, engaging, and informative articles that cover a range of topics within the realm of Bollywood, celebrity news, wedding trends, and the ecommerce industry.

This role offers a unique opportunity to blend the excitement of the entertainment world with insights into ecommerce trends and developments.


Responsibilities:


  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and courteously.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Strive to meet or exceed company service levels and standards.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of company products and services.

Pay:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
