Sharing pre-alert of shipments to the Company & follow up on the checklist for filing BOE/SB

• According to the confirmation from the customer on the checklist shared & providing confirmation for BOE / SB filing.
• Follow up with The Company for Assessment completion.
• Follow up with the customer for duty payment & confirming with the company once the duty is paid by the customer.
• Follow up with carrier/consolidation agent/liner agency.
• Followup with vendors for the supply of the equipment.
• Maintenance of the register (Import/Indigenous) If any;
• Coordinating internally with The Company for the status of shipments clearance and delivery
• Circulating DSR to customers on a daily basis
• Confirming receipt of cargo at the unit to The Company
• Submission of The Company Bills to customers & acquiring proper acknowledgement & sharing with The Company team.

Maintenance of the vendor bills to the company tracker and follow-up with finance for timely payment.

Undergraduate / Graduate; in any discipline

• 1year experience in a similar role/industry
