• To ensure all administration procedures and processes are adhered to in line with recruitment policies.
• Action requests within agreed KPIs to support an efficient realtime recruitment process.
• To relieve the onsite recruiters of as much administration as possible and initiate improvements in systems and processes

Assist with the recruitment onboarding process and work closely with the case managers in making sure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of onboarding is fully covered and under control at all times.

• Interview Scheduling for the recruitment team
• Support with job advert postings aligned with global templates.
• Maintaining trackers and Dashboards, using this data to create reports when requested.
• Maintaining accurate data records within recruitment/HR systems
• Administrative support for visa documentation where necessary
• Support with ad hoc projects or assistance when required.
