Individually lead some projects and initiatives

• Plan and coordinate activities
• Mange the Purchasing's calendar and travel arrangements for himself
• Organize workspaces and team places for efficient ways of working
• Process administrative tasks such as travel expenses, orders creation and Invoice management
• Screen mail and telephone calls and redirect calls as appropriate
• Support the full Innovative Purchasing team with selected activities when required

Qualifications for purchasing executive
- one (1) plus years' experience providing administrative support at the executive/managerial level preferred

• At least 2 years relevant Purchasing experience in a contractor ship firm
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written or other language would be an advantage
• Request for quotations from suppliers and conduct price comparisons / negotiations

Salary:
₹10, ₹14,000.00 per month
