  • We are looking for a smart, focused, driven, and analytical leader to join the Business team with prior experience in forecasting
  • Maintain uptodate forecast models, reflecting current data/information/assumptions;
  • Practical knowledge in understanding trends & seasonality in data
  • Help business team in translating business goals to execution plan by forecasting revenue predicted at each client level
  • Analysis of Key planning KPIs & provide insights and solutions to improve the forecasting process further
  • OutoftheBox Thinking
  • Improve the systems & processes, to gather data faster toward achieving relevant business metrics
  • Responsible for effectively coordinating with Crossfunctional teams to gather insights and calculate relevant KPIs
  • People good at Planning & Organising, Systems & Process Orientation, and Result Orientation
  • People have strong communication and convincing skills and the ability to meet daily, weekly, and longterm requirements and goals
  • Those who are able to work under tight deadlines
  • People with working knowledge of VBA, and SQL (Good to know)
  • The position is based at Clairvoyant's office located in Pune and reports to the category leadership team.

What can you expect from the Role?

  • You will work on initiatives that will cut across different subcategories
  • A mix of short term projects with quick turnaround and some long term projects that could possibly redefine the way business is done going forward
  • Projects will be a mix of revenue estimate/cost reduction initiatives strategic fulfillment channel
  • More often than not these initiatives will require active engagement with multiple stakeholders category managers, other businesses across Clairvoyant/EXL
  • You will engage actively with Global Senior Leadership
  • You will play the role of a thinker and an implementer in equal measure success in this role is as much about implementing as it is about conceptualizing or strategizing
  • Ability to take complete end to end ownership of an initiative till execution; subsequently setting up processes for operating teams seamlessly take over and execute on a daily basis
  • Ability to work with large data, divedeep, and identify issues analytical thinking is a must
  • Every big decision you make will involve a conflict the ability to visualize the conflict, address the teams involved, and making balanced decisions
  • Ability to engage with multiple stake holders and influence the partner teams
  • Ability to define project deliverables, and timelines and set up mechanisms to track inputs and outputs for the projects; strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • A deep understanding of IT services is required (preferably prior experience in IT industry)
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
  • Prior experience influencing Senior leadership teams is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutionsoriented
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fastpaced environment.
  • Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by numbers. It must be metricsdriven.
  • Ability to deal with Ambiguity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA/CA. Prior experience of forecast management / Experience in Financial Planning, Analysis, and Budgeting will be preferred
