Responsibilities:


  • Manage relationships with Global Suppliers already listing their stock on Nivoda
  • Provide prompt, honest advice and clear responses to suppliers
  • Support the global operations team by ensuring swift responses from suppliers through regular follow-ups
  • Address inquiries about Nivoda and guide individuals to the appropriate resources
  • Offer ideas for enhancing Nivoda's services, processes, and systems
  • Welcome new inquiries, acquaint them with Nivoda's procedures, policies, and ethos.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and brand, and convey it enthusiastically to customers
  • Establish a robust internal network for streamlined communication and coordination across various functions
  • Keep suppliers updated on order changes, deliveries, and returns
  • Efficiently complete tasks with effective time management
  • Document issues and collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:


  • Based in Mumbai, proficient in English
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles and a willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with diamonds is a plus but not mandatory
  • Trustworthy and dependable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
  • Team player who can work collaboratively
  • Enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
