As an
inbound telecaller, your main responsibility would be to handle incoming calls from customers or clients.

You would be responsible for addressing their inquiries, providing information about products or services, and assisting with any issues or concerns they may have.

Your goal would be to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.


As a
receptionist, your primary role would be to greet and welcome visitors, clients, or customers as they arrive at the office or establishment.

You would be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages, and providing information to callers.

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
