Proven experience in Bench sales in the US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.- Well versed with Marketing Bench Consultants.
- Experienced with a full cycle of Sales, sourcing the best requirement, submitting the consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
- Gathering requirements from Tier 1 Vendors, clients, Job portals and other networking methods.
- Expert in Job Portal searches likes Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
- Work directly with Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation partners/Direct Clients and understand their job requirements and find matching profiles from existing bench teams.
- Develop & Maintain new vendor contacts, build network relations across the IT industry and use social network sites such as LinkedIn.
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing on LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work in US time zones which is 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST (Night Shift)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Bench Sales, with strong US vendor relations
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Good understanding of the US staffing business, Bench sales, and recruitment process.
- Selfmotivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
- Good understanding of IT job functions and technologies covering the entire SDLC.
- Experience with Tax Terms 1099/w2/ C2C as well as Visa types H1B, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, TN, GC and USC.
- Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Highly goaldriven and work well in fastpaced environments
- Strong networker and relationship builder
