Jr. Architect - Mumbai, India - Empyrean Design+Build

Description

Junior Architect should be able to work under the direct supervision of an Architect or Lead Designer,
prepare architectural and interior conceptual and presentation designs, construction working drawings, bill of quantities, timelines and other miscellaneous project-related documents.

Minimum one year of experience working at an architectural design firm. Additional responsibilities may include,

• Meeting with clients to determine project objectives and scope of works.
• Obtain preliminary estimates and associated construction time.
• Prepare material specifications as per design standards
• Direct, supervise and coordinate vendor works onsite for project execution
• Should be fluent in AutoCAD. 3D software knowledge and expertise will be of added value.

Salary:
From ₹10,000.00 per month

• Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
