Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct service engineer or provide necessary solution
  • Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
- coordinate with service engineer and ensure the better services are being provided to customer

  • Generate spare part sale invoices if required
  • Reading of technical reports and check whether the information is correctly updated or not
  • Quite familiar with tally
- prepare and follow up of quotations

  • Previous Experience in department of industrial product sales or service
  • Comprehensive Industry Knowledge,
  • Strong Customer-Facing Skills,
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication,
  • Self-Motivated,
  • Creative Problem-Solving,
  • Degree/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/RAC/Fitter.
