Brand Management & Audience Engagement through different kinds of activities ,Awareness creation for product and policy, Generating footfalls for offline stores and to create scope for online sale, Answering customer's query or prospect customer's query on our products and services through our FB business page.
cInstagram:
Brand Management & Audience Engagement through different kinds of activities ,Awareness creation for product and policy, Generating footfalls for offline stores and to create scope for online sale

Twitter :
Brand Management & Audience Engagement through different kinds of activities ,Awareness creation for product and policy

Data Analysis:
a. Analysis of sales data to identify the key trends.
b. Analysis of the Google data through Google Analytics to understand the audience

External Vendor Management:
a. Working as an commutation bridge between TMT and Digital Marketing Agency
b. Working with the Digital Marketing Agency for the ideation of the daily posts for different social platforms.
Report Management:
a. Preparation of sale report
b. Preparation of campaign wise annual expenditure report
c. Preparation of different reports depending on the needs of online business.
