Job Scope
Processing of Foreign Currency Payments (End to End activities)

1) Preparation of OTP report & ensure to release payment on time by arranging payment supporting documents
-
Goods Invoice payments
Sourcing Bill of entry & work with internal & external stakeholders incase if BOE has any discrepancies/mismatch

Validation of WHT deduction by cross verifying NO PE, Form 10F & TRC documents. Coordinating with suppliers for obtaining certificates which are expired.

Coordinate with Bank for payment closure and queries need to be addressed

Reconciliation of payments on weekly basis

Working with Banker on IDPMS open items closure
-
Service Invoice payments
Validation of WHT & work with Chartered account for CA certificate

Preparation Form 15CA by login to Income Tax website

Sourcing of invoices and submission of relevant documents to bank for payment processing

Coordinating with bank on closure of payment issues

Reconciliation of payments on weekly basis

2) Addressing payment queries from Internal & external stakeholders

3) Processing Tax payments on daily & monthly basis - WHT, GST, Advance Tax & Customs Duty

  • Coordination with stakeholders(Treasury, Logistics, Tax & Accounting) on the timelines and ensure payment made on time.
4) Perform other related duties as assigned.


Skills required

  • Minimum 24 years' experience in Vendor foreign remittance payments. End to End knowledge in Accounts payable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP, SAP & in MS excel.
  • Knowledge of India taxes like GST, TDS for vendor payments.
  • Organized with a strong sense of priority and commitment to deadlines
