Profile Introduction:


As a Restaurant Captain at our esteemed hotel, you will be an integral part of our dining experience, ensuring impeccable service and a memorable culinary journey for our guests.

You will lead a team of waitstaff, orchestrating the seamless flow of service and upholding our commitment to excellence in hospitality.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and supervise the waitstaff team, ensuring smooth operations during service hours.
  • Welcome guests warmly, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, catering to any special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections.
  • Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, ambiance, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
  • Train and mentor new waitstaff, providing guidance on service standards and hotel policies.
  • Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives for enhancing guest satisfaction and driving revenue.
  • Uphold the hotel's brand standards and core values in all interactions with guests and colleagues.

Requirements:


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine service and cocktail preparation.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
**Languages:

  • English, Hindi and Marathi**Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
