3 years of hands-on experience as a AWS Support Engineer

  • Installing, configuring, and managing databases on the AWS platform.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting database performance issues
  • Able to easily write bash scripts.
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
  • Basic Azure CLI/AWS CLI commands.
  • Providing L2 Support to Partners and Enterprise customers

Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • AWS support: 3 years (preferred)
