Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound and outbound calls
  • Hot and warm leads and call backs.

Lead Conversion: Convert leads into successful business deals through effective communication and persuasion.

Client Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with clients to nurture relationships, address queries, and provide assistance.

Client Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and expectations to tailor services accordingly.

Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both for inbound and outbound processes, to engage effectively with clients.

Customer Support: Provide top-notch customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Adherence to Shift: Comply with night shift schedules and maintain a high level of alertness and efficiency during these hours.
