We are seeking a Client Service Executive to join our dynamic team in the signage industry. As a Client Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.

Your primary responsibilities will involve managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and coordinating with various departments to deliver high-quality signage solutions.

This position is crucial in driving the success and growth of our business in the signage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. & understand clients' needs, preferences, and objectives to provide personalized service.
Work closely with the production team to ensure the accurate and timely execution of signage projects. Monitor project progress and keep clients informed throughout the process.
Prepare and provide clients with detailed quotes and estimates for signage projects. Negotiate terms and pricing as necessary.
Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base. Support sales efforts by presenting our signage solutions to potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, projects, and agreements. Generate reports on client accounts and project status.
Ensure the delivered signage meets quality standards and client expectations.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in
Signage Industry:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in using office software and CRM tools.
Excellent problemsolving and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of the signage industry, materials, and production processes is a plus.

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
