Job Description:
A Tele caller is responsible for conducting outbound calls to clients and business partners globally.

Tele Caller will play a key role in promoting the company's trade services, handling inquiries, and maintaining communication with clients and international partners.

Strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and a grasp of international trade practices are crucial for success in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers or clients based on provided scripts or leads to promote products or services.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to build rapport with customers, address their inquiries, and provide relevant information.
  • Sales Conversion: Utilize sales techniques to convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding set targets for conversion rates and revenue generation.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire indepth knowledge of the products or services being offered in order to address Customer queries accurately and highlight key selling points.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions, transactions, and any
- follow-up activities using the provided CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

  • Objection Handling: Effectively handle objections or concerns raised by customers, providing appropriate solutions or escalating issues to higher authorities when necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to predefined quality standards and call protocols to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience during every interaction.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to team leaders or supervisors regarding customer preferences,
- common issues, and suggestions for improvement, and prepare and submit regular reports on call performance and outcomes.


Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor's or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English.
  • Experience:
Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
