Job Summary:

Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with existing clients.
Ability to get work done from the designers.
Creative skills for developing presentation to the clients about ideas and concepts.
Knowledge about advertising and marketing industry.
Handling Queries efficiently on mails, phones and in meetings.
Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Attending to clients' complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the product satisfaction.
Generating client reports.
Client service executives must have strong judgment and decisionmaking skills as well
In addition, they should have strong leadership skills, be selfdirected and be able to multitask.
Should be proficient with computers and software spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel.
Experience from same industry would be an advantage.
Should be keen on learning
Good at research and competition analysis
Bachelor/Master of Arts ( commerce, Mass Communication, journalism and advertising etc)
Or Equivalent Diploma.
