RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll do:

  • Effectively manage daily workloads
  • Maintain and deliver consistent worldclass service to internal and external clients
  • Maintain and deliver consistent worldclass service to internal and external clients
  • Manage endtoend new hire process of UAN
  • Collation of Form 11 of new hires
  • Coordination with Talent Acquisition team and Client team members
  • Converting Form 11 into required format for ADP to generate / link new UANs
  • Resolve queries with ADP on Form 11's
  • Keep track of International Worker hire details for ADP updating
  • MIS / Reporting
  • Other Transactions
  • Respond to employee queries on transfers / withdrawals / data changes
  • Validation of PF documents
  • Coordinating with the stakeholders (i.e., Client SPOC, Nominee / legal heirs / ADP) to submit
- acknowledgements

  • Portal / as per the process guidelines notified by EPFO (only for long pending cases)
  • Coordinating with exemployees related to PF Queries with respect to transfer / settlement
  • Maintain detailed tracker of documents/ submissions etc. and provide periodic status updates
  • First level of customer enquiries and escalations
  • Actively participate in team meetings and engagement activities

SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Problem solving ability
  • Organized and detailed orientated
  • Customer focused

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Good Communication Knowledge in English, Hindi preferable in Marathi.
  • MS Office — Medium level knowledge preferred
  • Data entry experience preferred.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Minimum qualification will be Bachelor degree preferable in Commerce.
  • Additional relevant qualifications will be considered positively.
