Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Partner with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices for recruitment and talent acquisition
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is mandatory
Understanding of various functions of Pharma Industry is strong plus
LinkedIn recruiter experience is a strong plus
Excellent organizational and time management
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
