As a Video Maker, you will play a vital role in conceptualizing, shooting, and editing videos that align with our brand vision and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Video production:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
Plan and execute video shoots, including managing equipment, lighting, and audio setup.
Direct participants during shoots to capture the desired footage.
Ensure highquality video and audio recording, paying attention to framing, composition, and technical details.

Video editing and post-production:

Edit raw footage to create polished and engaging video content.
Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and animations to enhance the overall quality of the videos.
Select and edit music, sound effects, and voiceovers to complement the visual storytelling.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the final product aligns with the brand's aesthetics and messaging.

Storytelling and scriptwriting:

Develop creative concepts and compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience.
Write scripts or outlines for videos, including dialogue, voiceovers, and narration.
Craft engaging storylines that effectively convey key messages and evoke desired emotions.

Collaboration and project management:

Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, technical team, marketers, designers, and content creators, to ensure video projects align with broader campaigns and initiatives.
Coordinate schedules, locations, and talent for video shoots.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering highquality results.

Technical knowledge and continuous improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and editing.
Continuously improve technical skills related to cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and editing software.
Share knowledge and insights with the team, contributing to a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Maker, Videographer, or similar role.
Proficiency in video production equipment and software, including cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong storytelling abilities and an eye for capturing compelling visual moments.
Excellent video editing skills, including proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Knowledge of visual effects, motion graphics, and color grading techniques.
Experience with scriptwriting and storyboarding.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A portfolio showcasing previous video projects and demonstrating technical skills and creative storytelling.
