    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a creative and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our brand's values and vision, and will be responsible for devising and executing communication strategies primarily for our social media channels.

    We would call this position more like a content creator with graphic designing skills*

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design social media posts & reels for the agency.
    • Conceptualize and design static posts and graphics for social media, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging.
    • Produce both faceless and face-centric social media videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, design, and brand communication.
    • Develop UI designs for websites that enhance user experience and align with brand aesthetics(Not mandatory)

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in video editing and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
    • Excellent design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing content.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Previous experience in social media management and brand communication is preferred.
    • Max 2 Years of experience
    • Salary Range 3-5LPA.
