We're looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of the entire MIS and reporting process._
Responsibilities_

- _Serve in consultant role, playing a leading role in shaping and delivering finance transformation projects, depending on your experience and to streamline internal and external processes._
- _Own and define a finance roadmap which supports the business strategy including the implementation of New Tool by following best practice approach and benchmarking study._
- _Define the project plan for the finance team including the establishment of a new finance operating model for P2P Tower_
- _Collaborate with offshore team to design, develop and configure the product to customer specifications._
- _Manage relationships with key stakeholders including maintaining strong communication plan and execution._
- _Lead the business readiness activities to ensure the changes are adopted by the business._
- _Appropriately record project activities, accurately track, and concisely report project statuses, and manage projects within the defined model._
- _Oversee hand-off to account management upon completion of the implementation project._

Qualifications we seek in you_
Minimum qualifications_

- _Transformation project experience and extensive finance systems experience. In depth understanding of PTP processes_
- _Bachelor's degree required. PMP/ Prince certification a strong plus._
- _Proven experience in project management, experience of business case, including cost/benefit analysis._
- _Experience of SAP / ERP, Salesforce, RPA, e

Invoicing, OCR, technologies.

_
- _Ability to handle multiple projects and implementations in parallel with appropriate prioritization._
- _Manage escalations and effectively utilize higher management in resolving challenging problems._
- _Able to work well across departments and skill levels._
- _Ability to outline goals and outcomes, gather data, brainstorm on solutions, evaluate pros and cons._
- _Flexibility and willingness to travel. At times it may be extensive and at short notices._
