An Accounts & CA firm dealing with Accounting, Compliance of Direct & Indirect Taxation, Financial Reporting to clients for the Business.

• Accounting & Payroll services for Indian & overseas clients.
• GST, TDS, Labour Law Compliances, MIS Report preparation for investors, etc.
• Consolidation of Accounts, BSPL Finalizations, Annual Compliances (RoC, IT, GST, RBI/FEMA, etc.)
• Incorporation & various registrations across the country & overseas clients.
• Income Tax Returns, Audit Services, Reconciliation workings, etc.
• Transfer Pricing Study & Audits, DTAA Tax Planning & Tax Optimisation.
• Assessment Management (GST, Income Tax, TDS, Transfer Pricing, RoC).
• Legal Research & Client handling.
• Other incidental work related to above.

• At least 2 years' experience working in a CA Firm (Non Negotiable)
• Strong Accounting knowledge.
• Good working knowledge of TDS, GST, Income Tax, MCA, Payroll, Audit, etc. laws & experience of statutory compliances in these segments.
• Proficient in MS office Excel, QuickBooks, Tally, Winman, Greythr, RazorpayX, etc.
• Good English communication (While dealing with clients).
• Past relevant education is required but marks not really considered.
